SyncFlow AI is built for judgement-heavy work, so every generated artefact is treated as a draft until a person signs off on it.
Meeting notes, tasks and drafts stay in your browser session. Content is sent to the AI model only when you explicitly trigger a generation, and it is never shared with other users or workspaces.
Your prompts and outputs are not used to train or fine-tune any model. Requests are processed for the single generation you asked for and are not retained as training material.
Every AI surface is labelled. You can always see which output was machine-generated, when it was produced, and which inputs were used as context for it.
Nothing sends itself. Summaries, tasks and email drafts start as Unreviewed and only become Verified when you mark them so, after editing them as needed.
